Welcome to the 3rd edition of our festive dinner hosted by TORA.
This Valentine's day dinner is held in conjunction with TORA's campaign, #peoplemattersTORAsg.

Pick any one of our Salmon specialty dishes paired with the ladies' favourite Echigo Koshihikari Lager.

We use thick fillets of salmon for all of our fish dishes baked to perfection to ensure the golden crust, moist and flaky-within texture.

Koshihikari Echigo Beer is a rice lager beer that uses a super-premium short grain rice called Koshihikari. Produced in the ideal rice growing region of Niigata Prefecture, Koshihikari is known to be the best quality rice in Japan. The flavor of this premium beer can only be made with this rice.


About the Campaign:

#peoplemattersTORAsg is a campaign started by TORA Singapore in January 2018 to celebrate customers’ personal food stories and their fervent attitude and tastes in enjoying the simple pleasures in life, in this case for food.

We round up our favourite customers’ profile and understand their favourite dishes in our store and surprised them with a menu made by the people, for the people.

This project is a collaboration with Portraiture Photographer, Grace Ho.
